I had a very unpleasant experience with this luggage storage facility in Chicago. They gave me the address of a store where I was supposed to leave my luggage, but unfortunately, the store was closed.
It was good.
I booked this place for today, 08-24-2024. I arrived at the mall and couldn’t find it. I searched all three floors after finding conflicting info for what suite it was in. I called the number provided, but it was just a recording telling me to use their chat option. I was unable to locate one on their website. I then called the mall and was told no such business existed at the mall. I wasted an hour of my time and an Uber fare for nothing.
