THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF!!! I returned to countless things stolen from my bags. I was initially told that I would be reimbursed, but weeks later after incessantly trying to get in contact with someone from the company, I was told that they would not be reimbursing me without a police report, which I obviously could not get as I was travelling and had left the country. Absolutely disgusting and manipulative company DO NOT USE!!!!

DO NOT USE Bags are stored out in the open in the inventory room of a convenience store and not locked up in any way. Our had been rummaged through when we got them back and a few items had been stolen or broken.
