Great service! All went very smoothly.
Store was closed but it was still in the system for reservation of luggage storage. I'm not giving 1 star because I still got to store my bag after chatting with customer support and hauling it to another shop. Overall this is anti-customer service where you have to commit blindly and pay in advance just to secure middleman app's interest.
