Unsure about the appearance of location initially but we stored 4 pieces of luggage for 5 hours and it was in the same place we left it when we picked it up. Price was good and it was very nice not to have to cart our luggage around while site seeing. 1 star removed for the employee working at the desk. She had no communication skills or customer service.
