My bag was stolen at their facility - Received NO communications from them, and it's been 4 days. In their clause on their website, they say you aren't allowed to leave technology, money, jewellery, etc... So... essentially you can't leave ANYTHING OF VALUE with them? Which means if your bag gets stolen and you try to get compensation for that, they can just say "nope, sorry, you weren't allowed to store those so we can't compensate you." Shocking. Never again.
