Process to drop off and pick up bags was easy. Made out day in Miami before a flight so much easier
Bad experience. It took a little while for me to find out from the information desk that this was inside a store. The store employee was unhelpful and disinterested while I waited for ten minutes to drop off my bags. I paid over $40 in advance, and eventually bailed when it became clear that I wouldn't be able to collect my bags promptly before going to catch my flight. They sure were good at taking my money without providing value.
The storage is inside Runners depot in aventura mall The service is great fast and very smooth
