I’ve been getting my car serviced here for a few years now and they’ve been consistently wonderful! Great communication, fast and reliable with friendly service.
I am in the industry and I just popped into the shop this morning on a bike and needed help (borrow small tools) and I was very impressed with the service and clean well maintained shop. I note in the waiting room they have collected industry awards for excellence in service standards. Impressed.
Called today after noticing a screw in my tyre. Was worried about driving it anymore as I had a baby and 10 year old with me in the car. It was already nearly 1pm, so I wasn't sure if I was pushing it to get in to have it looked at, especially as they are not my local mechanic. My usual mechanic had just told me there would be a 1 week wait to get a break light replaced - I happened to be parked across the road and thought I would try my luck with an appointment. I walked in, and walked away with a fixed car in about 10 minutes! Fabulous service - professional, welcoming and efficient. Will absolutely be shifting our business here and referring to friends and family. Thank you!
I’m pretty sure someone used a rattle gun to install and round the sump plug and a gorilla to tighten the oil filter.
