Dwayne from Radical Designs built my huge deck. He was very responsive from the beginning to the end. Always answered right away or got back to me right away. Dwayne, Shawn and Tom were faced with many unexpected road blocks as construction for the deck ensued. They managed to resolve all issues and did a super job. The finished product came out amazing. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. SCHEDULE A MEETING WITH DWAYNE. DROVE ALL THE WAY UP FROM CITY PLUS HOTEL AND HE NEVER SHOWED FOR MTG. WHEN I FINALLY GOT HIM ON PHONE HE SAID HE DOESNT WORK WITH PEOPLE WHO GET UPSET WITH HIM WHEN HE BLOWS THEM OFF. JUST BECAUSE THESE CONTRACTORS HAVE AN EXCESS OF WORK RIGHT NOW DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TREATMENT LIKE I DID.

Prior to me retiring, I worked on multiple projects with the owner,of this business. He is professional, on time, gets the job done and it's always top shelf quality. I was in the construction business for 43 years
