Alex is the best to work with! My insurance company was giving me overblown estimates for repairs and just being awful to work with. Alex took time to sit down with me, reviewed everything, and wrote me up a much more reasonable estimate, all without asking for any payment for his time. I had an amazing experience at Radical Auto Body today! I came in with a dragging splash shield that was causing me a lot of stress. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind and professional. He spent a significant amount of effort to safely remove the damaged part for me. Alex was good guy and did good work on my car...
What a great team to deal with! Brought in 2 vehicles.One was a full paint job and the other was both rear quarter panels and rear bumper with a little rust and other damage. Very happy with the outcome. I know they also do rocker panels which neither of my vehicles needed but in the past I did and wish I knew about this place after getting really bad work done in Hollis just over the line.
