Discovered the item was damaged when removed from box. Told me as it didn’t report it to delivery company at point of receipt (I wasn’t even in) and then in writing to them, I couldn’t return it. Their return policy is against consumer law. When I disputed this they backtracked, blaming their supplier, for enforcing rules onto them. Part I purchased took several weeks to arrive. By the time it arrives I had dealt with the problem as it couldn’t wait that long - then when I tried to return it they told me I was past their 14 day return policy - 14 days is less than most clothes shops! Scam artists - be careful when dealing with these lot.

Service was above and beyond what I’d expected from an online provider. Mike provided a very personal service and the products themselves look great, were good value for money, arrived very quickly and make the room look much more appealing.
