Horrible customer service. If you have an issue, it will not be taken care of. Delivery times are a lie.

They'll sell you cheap parts and will replace them, but you're gonna eat the labor costs. They honestly don't care about their customers unless you're spending a lot of $$.

Overpriced part, charged me $148 on Radiator, I could have gotten from Rockauto for $80 +$10 delivered. Part was wrong, had extra port , when I tried to return, the parts mgr. told me that the blue dust cap would hold the high temp/pressure of the coolant. I insisted either I get the right part or he pays for the replacement when it starts leaking. He ordered the correct part for me the same day. new part was missing all dust caps, I guess I will should pre-flush so I don't get Styrofoam in my trans. Also note, when purchasi... read more
