I'm in Ottawa, Canada and was looking for a rad for my 1967 Chrysler 300. The local auto parts stores didn't have anything and there was nothing online either. Avoid this company at all cost!!!! I've been using them for many many for radiators alternators etc for my auto repair shop. Over the years whenever there was a discrepancy over the wrong part or something that didn't fit they always gave me a hard time they wouldn't give me a refund I had to fight for my money and now with another defective part that I had to eat the labor to replace they wouldn't give me my money, only a store credit even after I told them to close my account and I won't be calling them anymore, explaining... read more
Horrible customer service. If you have an issue, it will not be taken care of. Delivery times are a lie.
They'll sell you cheap parts and will replace them, but you're gonna eat the labor costs. They honestly don't care about their customers unless you're spending a lot of $$.
