I called the surgeon trying to reschedule an appointment with these guys, as the surgeons scheduler has originally set it up. I was told it needs to be done directly through them. An hour into being on hold, fifteen minutes before the close, I am still listening to Mozart, feeling like I am dead of old age. I bet its easier to reach Trump on the other line. SMH. Considering medicine is FAR from being free, Swedish scheduling really needs to pick up their game. What a shame.
