My review is for nurse Jen D. She is a very cold hearted person. I've been in remission for about a year now for TNBC. Its a very aggressive cancer and is prone to come back. I communicate mostly by email message on their portal because I work alot and cant always take a phone call. I've been experiencing some concerning symptoms so I contacted them. Told to go to urgent care for an x ray. Went and told they couldnt do one without an order. Contacted them back and was told I had to be seen to even check if I needed anything.... read more
Awkward administration. Condescending attitudes. Monopolistic practice.
Don't waste your time, this place is pathetic! I saw a Oncologist once since my diagnosis in November, she was very cold and didn't even look at me. Somebody called to reschedule me ( never even told when my next appointment was), so I was rescheduled, then I was called again and was told I had to be scheduled for a second time. I was called to confirm an appointment that I never made on a day and time that didn't work for me. since I had to work that day.
