Truth is sometimes hard to digest considering all the wasted years that I have spent with Radias Health. I wised up and asked for a transfer to another CADI WAIVER ORG. In December of 2025, I am now with a new and much more professional organization with my CADI waiver. Please don't waste your time with RADIAS HEALTH!

A supervisor and my worker have tried to Gaslight me, I have been denied services the supervisor has refused to transfer my case to another provider and he stole my purse and refuse to give it back. I have filed a complaint with Randy County and I'm going 251 with the state of Minnesota. ithses people are dangerously incompetent
