Almost no communication about my order and no product. I will be disputing the credit card purchases Monday.
Bought a led full deckz light for my bike. Used it for a few months and it some of the led lights started to die. Contacted Radiantz and was told to send it in for repair, that was mid July. I have attempted to contact them through phone calls and email with no luck. The one time I did get ahold of them was through Facebook messenger and that was a short pointless conversation. Buyer beware, I too ordered from them online, I also have received nothing from them. They’ve ducked every phone call and email. I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card company now.
i'm glad I am researching before buying. I was about to order a taillight but after reading these reviews and unanswered phone calls and emails, I am going somewhere else.
Looks like Radiantz has turned into a scam. I've ordered from them before had no problem. I ordered 2 white and amber combo lights on July 6 2024. Never received a confirmation no answers from emails and phone calls go straight to voice mail and no return of the call. They did however charge my card. I would suggest NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
