Being a nurse, taking time for myself was not an easy thing to do. But when I started going to see Mattie, it was the best thing I ever did for myself. She listens to what you need, makes suggestions on she thinks will be helpful, and you make a plan together. She has a vast knowledge and is always looking for ways she can help with your problem areas. She is always professional and is amazing to work with. Cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a massage therapist!

Love Mattie’s multi disciplinary approach! I wreck my back and shoulders in my work regularly and my sessions always put me back into shape!
