Very pleasant professionals
I decided to go big and start have Brazilians done, I was anxious because I knew that there would be some pain involved and that I'd be having a stranger in my business. I was anticipating an awkward first appointment, but Connie did amazing! She is extremely outgoing, personable and easy to talk with while getting waxed, which helps keep my mind off the occasional pain! I've now had multiple wax sessions with Connie and will continue for the foreseeable future!

I had made an appointment with Tatum, but wasn't informed until I showed up for my appointment that she no longer works there. I was then informed that there would be a cancellation fee if I chose to cancel since it was less than the time stated in the policy. The gal that did the waxing removed hair from areas I had specifically asked her not to.
