I’ve never had a problem with this place until yesterday. I get my brows done here every month and this time they did not turn out. They fired the girl that I trusted and was actually comfortable with. They reassigned me to someone else and when I showed up to my appointment they had changed my appointment time without giving me a heads up. I am just in shock.

This place is great. Connie is super sweet and the customer service is awesome.
I never had an issue with this place until today. I finally found the person I was comfortable with and they let her go, and rescheduled me with someone else without informing me. Today I had a new person and she did something that popped a ton of blood vessels in the crease of my leg. It is pretty painful tonight!
