I came here accidentally when I was out of a place to do eyebrows and left with my expectations fully exceeded! My eyebrow artist was Allie and she knows how to shape and style your brows without needing much guidance! It’s so hard to find someone who can do that. Love the rewards program and recently got my second wax free! I am now a repeat client of Allie and recommend this location and her for your next visit! They also have flexible scheduling options which is a plus as well.
The girl that waxed me was sweet. The room did have a little stench. It didn’t smell clean or like it was wiped down with alcohol. That was a bit concerning since I have never encountered that in other waxing facilities. I would highly suggest they thoroughly clean their rooms. Allee was awesome! I was thinking this would be my last wax at Radiant Wax today (my last wax in my package) But Allee was friendly, professional and showed me what she was going to do to my brows today & asked great questions! Radiant Waxing is my new favorite waxing spot! Specifically ask for Allee! Besides being super friendly, Allee is super attentive to detail, very meticulous and gentle :) I’m super impressed in general with the cleanliness of the place but even more with Allee who made me feel like a regular client although it’s my first time!! 5 stars for sure !
