A very professional, organized, delightful place to go. The staff are amazing and pleasant to talk to, they make sure you feel comfortable all through your visit. I highly recommend a visit.
In all honesty I had a literal blast with my waxologist Kaitlin. We spent the entire appointment laughing and relating. The vibes were on point and it was a super empowering space. My Brazilian and glutes service was came out really clean.
This review is specifically for Jennie. I have a membership and have been seeing Jennie for most of my appointments for over a year for Brazilian and eyebrow. They are very professional and friendly. I am always asked if the wax temperature is comfortable and they never double dip. My service areas are always done very thoroughly. The lobby seating area, front desk, waxing rooms, and bathroom are always clean. It is easy to book in-person after each appointment or by phone later on. Also, very accommodating to rescheduling.
Mariana is AMAZING and the hypoallergenic wax makes all the difference in my skin and ingrown hair prevention
