I’ve been a loyal client here for almost a year. Once, I was 10 minutes late and was told they could only do 2 of my 3 booked services — which I understood. But at my last visit, I arrived 5 minutes early for my 7:00pm Brazilian, wasn’t seen until 7:10pm, and when I asked to switch to a half leg wax (same 30-minute service time), I was told there wasn’t time because they had a 7:30pm client. Rylie is seriously such a great waxer. She does my Brazilians and she makes me feel completely comfortable. She's so professional and so personable. I wouldn't want any other waxer to come near my private areas.
