The girls @ vision works were awesome, they really made things easy for me, a big thanks to Marissa Nicotra and Ms. Alba
Terrible service. The receptionist has zero empathy, lacks basic customer service etiquette, and lacks common sense. She wasn’t even aware of the reason for my visit and treated me very poorly making me wait a long time unnecessarily. They also book multiple appointments at the same time for one doctor. You will not get adequate care or time. Also, it’s in the back of a vision works. Pick a different eye doctor.
Dr Nicotra and her staff were wonderful to work with.
Wonderful eye doctor seen today at Radiant Vision, she took good care of me and I had an excellent exam fitted me for contacts and glasses. This place is highly recommended. Dr Marissa Nicotra.
