The instructions were not clear on which building was the climate controlled building. Also, the code to enter the building was not provided. I had to call to get directions and the code to enter the building. No issues after that.

Price Rip Off - Bait and switch. I have had my rate go up TWICE in less than 12 months. The first price increase after 4 months was bad enough, but then another and it hasn't been a year?? Very greedy.
