Today was my first time getting a message with Jay, I was so hesitant to make an appointment because of one of the reviews I read, I’m glad I made an appointment anyway. it is so unfair how a bad review can cost the business so much . One of the worst experiences and massages I’ve ever had. When I first walked in the welcoming wasn’t very warm and I felt like I shouldn’t have been there. I booked online and when I arrived they said they couldn’t take me because they booked others but then ended up taking me… my appointment was at 630 and they didn’t take me until 640 and ended a few minutes before 730.
