Horrible. The guy Jonathan is a jerk and is not kind to new customers that are in need of help. I called to get someone to come give me a quote on an entire overhaul. I was given an ear full of bad attitude and handful of reasons why I was wrong. I just wanted to pay for a call out and a quote. Needless to say I’ll go to someone nicer and more eager to have a customer.
Great job quoting and installing a solar pool heating system - came back quickly to repair a small leak, would definitely use again.
They show up when they say they will (can be rare in Mendo), give a fair comprehensive bid, then show up and do the work they contracted to do. They are nice people and they do clean work. I have an old (25 years) in slab hydronic heating system that was installed by the original owner builder, and was not a professional installation. When I bought the house in 1997, the system was operating but not functioning properly. Radiant Solar Technology was able to get the system running efficiently and consistently.
