Was patient here 2012 -2020. My last visit Dr Bin Hoang tried to sell me $12000 worth of work. $8000 for a deep laser cleaning and 3 crowns that were all next to each other. I decided to get a second opinion. Good thing I did. The deep 6mm pocket next to a tooth Dr Hoang had done a root canal on only a few years prior. This root canal went bad and the tip of the tooth was drilled too thin and cracked causing bone and gum issues. I am extremely pleased with the significant improvement the LANAP procedure has produced in just 3 months. I no longer feel any pain, my gums are healthier, and my teeth are not loose. I have been coming to this dentist for about a year or two. I have to say that I genuinely love the staff. All of them are amazing. So sweet, fun, caring and they all make the experience that much more enjoyable. Dr. Bin Hoang has always made sure that I am comfortable during my appointments. Nancy at the front desk is an absolute rockstar! I look forward to seeing them every time. I highly recommend Radiant Smiles if you are intimidated by going to a dentist because they make sure you’re as comfortable as possible.
I love coming here for my dentist appointments. The staff are such nice, sweet people. And the doctor is a family relative of mine as well.
From a big baby here with dental phobia, Dr Hoang at Radiant Smiles was so calm and patient with me, he took it slow and answered all my questions. I came to him for a second opinion and there was No pressure, just reassurance with a plan to get my teeth feeling better again! Office is very nice as well and Nancy made me comfortable the whole time...Highly recommend
