I booked an appointment this past Saturday to have a facial done. Prior to beginning the "extraction" portion of the facial, I asked Jamila if my face would scab or scar afterward. She asked if it ever had before after a facial, and I responded with "No." Jamila proceeded to perform very painful extractions to bilateral sides of my face, using excessive force. WORST manicure ever!!! It took 2 HOURS to have my "manicurist" to cut me multiple times with cuticle clippers, shape my nails round, square and heart shaped (who knew that was possible) and miss parts of my nail while painting it. Last but not least, this place hardly has a "spa" feel, it's more of a sterile, hospital feel. I wouldn't go back if someone paid me!!
