Pet wash review from Wooster location. Went the first time after it first opened and it was great. Went last week for the second time and both types of the pet shampoo was empty. Paid $10 for a rinse. Husband went looking for someone on site and no one was around. Two minutes in and realizing there is no shampoo, I started calling number located on the wash. Left a message.
