We used Radiant Renovations to replace a roof at a rental property. Work started quickly and was finished quickly. Great communications at every step of the process, even providing pictures of work. The crew cleaned up the yard and drive ways. Will call them again for the next project.
For years, our basement flooded during heavy rains. Thankfully, Robert from Radiant Renovations came to the rescue! He assessed the situation and recommended a French drain system. The work was completed promptly, and after a significant rainfall, our basement stayed dry. Although there was a minor issue with the grade, Robert quickly fixed it. Since then, we’ve had no problems at all. Thanks so much for the fantastic work! I’ll definitely use Radiant Renovations again.
We had roof damage from hurricane Helene. Contacted Robert at Radiant Renovations and he was very prompt on surveying the damage. He communicated with our insurance and the needed replacement was scheduled quickly. The replacement roofing was completed timely and crew did an excellent job cleaning up. Robert also took care of the gutter replacement and siding damage. Would recommend Radiant Renovations.
We had Robert and his team replace the single Front Door on our home with a double French Door. Colin's expert removal of the original Door was so clean we are donating the old Door to Habitat for Humanity. Similar expertise and attention to detail went into the installation and alignment of the new doors. Terrible experience! Never finished the job. Didn’t hear from them for months. Had multiple unqualified sub contractors on bathroom project and fired their project manager in middle of job. After 8 months and still not complete, we contacted them, sat down with them, told them what we expected, but ended up firing them. We lost a lot of money and had to hire someone else (who btw, has been incredible) to re do the job right.
