This place is a scam. They have a website, PayPal, and online schedule set up, but will not communicate. All of my calls have gone to a voice mailbox that isn't set up and all emails and online inquiries are unanswered. Thank goodness I paid through PayPal because I'm going to get my money back. Don't waste your time like I did.
I bought two vouchers but it is almost impossible to redeem them. I booked slots online, drove from Bowie to Randallstown (nobody at 3920 Byrony Rd and at 3943 Carthage Road) but cant trace these guys. They don't respond to emails, texts, FB messages and voice message box is full. It seems I can't even get a refund and the vouchers are due to expire Sep 15. How can this be? What kind of business is this? It's like buying online what they can't deliver and you can't collect from them.
Zero communication. I tried for a couple of months. Bummer too as they did my friends car and supposedly did a nice job. But why run a business if you're not going to communicate.
They did a really excellent job on my car and I didn't even have to leave my couch!
Worst ever. Sadly tried for a year to make an appointment to use Groupon ticket. Never happened. I was willing to meet in almost any location or time, but there was always one more modification or question about the time or place - and then sometimes they took weeks or months to reply.
