I have never been treated so poorly as a patient before. I was a patient of theirs for months. They were initially very helpful. In early February, I was approved to start physical therapy for a different area of the body, verified by my lawyer’s office. I asked my provider at Radiant for a referral and was told I would get it. No referral was made.
