Awhile back I went to Radiant to replace some watch batteries for some older watches that were my mother’s. Lauren replaced one battery but because the watch was quite old it didn’t work any longer. She offered to give me a quote on repairing the watch but it wasn’t an expensive watch, more sentimental than valuable so I declined on the repair. I have been to Radiant Made a few times now for cleanings and repairs. The staff is always super friendly and helpful with fair prices. Will continue to come here for future jewelry needs!

The ladies were so absolutely lovely, knowledgeable and helpful! I seriously walked in not knowing what to expect, and walked out with assurance that my piece would be handled with care, returned to me quickly and in much better condition than I had it! I cannot recommend enough! The bracelet I got from the owner's daughter is also an amazing addition to my collection that I am excited to show off!
