I wouldn’t hire this company. They are completely unreliable. I scheduled them to power wash and clean windows a week before Thanksgiving. They didn’t show so I called. He apparently put me down for the wrong month. Then I rescheduled for the next week. Again, I am waiting for them to show up. I text, then call. Now, equipment stolen so can’t work. I would have been more understanding if they would have called and let me know instead of me waiting around. Disappointing.

Jay did an outstanding job on my window cleaning and power washing my driveway! I never had professionals clean my windows, you think they're clean then BAM! It's like why haven't I been doing this before?! Highly recommend!

We used Radiant to light up our property for our daughter's wedding. They ran lights along our driveway, throughout our pool and backyard area, the very large tent we had installed as well as through the woods connecting these areas to each other and the parking area. They exceed our expectations and created a magically look for the wedding.

We have used Radiant Window washing 2 times. The first time, a five star. The last time Jay did not do the cleaning himself but dropped off 2 workers after he inspected the work. I can home to extensive damage to our windows. This was July 7th. Jay, the owner said he would make it right. He advertises that he is insured and bonded. He has not answered our calls for weeks. My husband also sent him a letter with no response. We are extremely disappointed. The damage is extensive. I filed a report with BBB as well.
