Extremely disappointed. I brought my 11-year-old daughter, who has -3.5 vision, for her annual eye exam. The doctor spent less than 2 minutes with her, didn’t perform any vision tests, didn’t check her prescription, didn’t provide tear samples, and didn’t discuss contact lenses as claimed in the report. Yet they billed the insurance as if a full exam was done. I had to leave work for this and got absolutely nothing in return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Medina! I recently got Botox done, and I absolutely love the results. He was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The results look natural and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
I made an appointment with Dr. Medina because he was recommended by my ENT. WOW..!!! what a disappointment. My appointment was at 11:15am I was told to arrive 20 mins before my scheduled appointment, which I did. waited 1 hour and 5 minutes in the waiting room before I was taken to the examination room. Horrible Communication! All about the money ! Doctor never calls you back! Both visits Co-Pay was higher then what it should be .. was told billing was a third party.. I reported to Blue Cross of Florida.. told on second visit after all tests.. I had a eyelash problem in my eye.. needed to rake up the money first .. BEWARE!!
