I made an appointment with Dr. Medina because he was recommended by my ENT. WOW..!!! what a disappointment. My appointment was at 11:15am I was told to arrive 20 mins before my scheduled appointment, which I did. waited 1 hour and 5 minutes in the waiting room before I was taken to the examination room. From that point on I felt rushed, almost like is was an inconvenience to them for me to be there at lunch time. The nurse took me to a machine to take pictures of my eyes (??). Horrible Communication! All about the money ! Doctor never calls you back! Both visits Co-Pay was higher then what it should be .. was told billing was a third party.. I reported to Blue Cross of Florida.. told on second visit after all tests.. I had a eyelash problem in my eye.. needed to rake up the money first .. BEWARE!!
Dr. Medina and his staff are truly awesome. They treated us so nicely. Always with a smile. Dr. Medina new right away what condition my son had. Very professional. Nice people. All of them. Thank you guys !!!!
I can't thank Dr. Medina and his staff enough! I had an amazing experience while treating a stye. The front desk person was so nice over the phone, that it made me comfortable since the beginning. I had already called other 15 different clinics and from the first contact with them, I knew they would take good care of me. I will definitely go back for my eye exam. I am getting better after a week and I couldn't be happier.
