I’m on the Bright Plan ($35/month) at Radiant Express Auburndale, and every visit leaves my car still wet after the dryers. At first, I thought it was a dryer issue, but when I asked one of the employees, they explained that only higher-tier plans include a full dry. Something that was never mentioned when I signed up. We had our two trucks washed at different times once in May at Express Car Wash in Auburndale, FL. We told the attendant that we did not want to participate in a special. Unknowingly over a six-month period they had charged our bank account twice each month for $37.45 from May 14th - October 16th. The charges added up to over four hundred dollars which we had never approved or received services for. My husband went to inquire about the charges and the manager refused to help him.
