Matt Poncato and his son Sam, owners of Radiant Electric in Hayden, ID recently installed an EV charger for me. What a great company they are. Gave us a price and gave us an install date and time. Were here right when promised and installed it. Made arrangements for the inspection which was without problems and kept in touch throughout. They will be my electrician call for sure.
We had a great experience with Radiant Electric. They were prompt, professional, and took the time to thoroughly check our electrical system. They quickly determined our power was working properly, which helped us figure out the issue was elsewhere. Friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We’d definitely recommend Radiant Electric!
Matt And Sam were awesome to have in our home making some upgrades that we needed. They work together well, communicate well and clearly desire to make your wishes come true. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.
Matt showed up on time and had me show him what my plan was, providing input and reasons as to why he would do things differently. He kept the job site clean, wore shoe booties in our home, and was conscientious of his work. No day of surprises with pricing, his stated estimate was what I paid. I’d gladly have him back out again. As a bonus, my dog liked him too! Appreciate the work on my vehicle charger.
Matt did a great job. He was very responsive, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.
