I LOVE going to Dr James, his energy is calm and accepting, he truly listens to what I say about my needs during appointments and then tailors my treatment to those needs. I always leave feeling more oxygenated and emotionally better, too. Highly recommend!!

Dr Verdi has been treating me for a few weeks, focusing on my lower back pain and upper spine issues. I have certainly seen an improvement in those areas, but also in overall mood, mental clarity, and energy level. I’ve been seeing Dr James Verdi at the Cardiff office for a few weeks now. I started having pain and a few minor medical issues. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical about Acupuncture at first but I was wrong. After just a few treatments, Dr James changed my life - the pain is gone, my emotions are balanced and the minor medical problems have decreased significantly. My only regret is waiting so long to make that first appointment. Highly recommended!
