Natalie cleaned my mother house, she was curious, efficient and did a great job will request her again.
I hired Radiant Cleaners to clean old wall to wall carpets in 3 bedrooms and 2 area rugs - we had planned to replace the bedroom rugs over the next year and because of the amazing job they did we no longer plan to do that! The rugs look like new ! While they were there we added the tile floor in the kitchen and dining room while had badly stained grout - within a short time that floor which is over 20 years old also looked like new with clean white grout!! Great experience with our office carpet cleanings, would highly recommend
Uncommunicative and unprofessional. They did not check in before the scheduled time, and the cleaners completely missed my appointment block by showing up at the wrong place. They did not notify me, and I had to call them after our appointment block had passed to find out what's going on. When I called, they offered an insulting $10 discount for the three hours I wasted driving and waiting. Do not recommend.
