The technician who came out to our apartment was incredibly courteous and wore protective shoe covers the entire time. He took his time dealing with some tricky stains around my desk area where my rolling chair had ground in dirt. I’m seriously impressed with these carpet cleaners and will definitely be recommending them to my friends.
