I went to this spa to get filler in December. I have had filler before and it always came out nice. The provider suggested I used Radiesse. I later found out from a plastic surgeon, that Radiesse should never be used under the eye area. Right away I knew something was wrong. After the first week I asked for a follow-up appt. The provider said to massage the lumps and the discoloration would go away. She also told me she could inject something to dissolve it or use a canula to break up the lumps under my eyes. Update as of 1/7/2026: I have been trying to schedule another appointment here for 8 MONTHS to dissolve and replace filler that was originally done by this location. I have called upwards of 50 times, texted and left voicemails and never received a call back. I’m unsure if this place is even still open or in business- very disappointing.
