I loved my first visit; however, I attempted contacting them regarding my second appointment SEVERAL times. The lack of responses is what gave this two stars. I'm disappointed. I was excited to make this my home base to go when I needed things done.

Didn’t do anything for me I spent almost $700
I’d give no stars if I could. I purchased two Groupons for this business. When I called to schedule I was informed that they don’t allow two Groupons to be purchased. They made me refund one and pay them directly. They actually wanted me to refund both Groupons and pay them directly but I wouldn’t do it. And thank god I didn’t or I’d be out even more money than I already am. It’s been a month and still no refund. The Groupon for the lip flip was $134 but it only cost $100 to buy directly from them?
