They’re great here! Found the location on Groupon. I did some research on them-they’re legit. More than one office-they have 3 in CT, 1 in Manhattan, 2 in the boroughs and 1 in Beverly Hills. They, like every office I’ve dealt with, charge a $50 “no show” fee bc if u don’t show up, their time is lost. They could’ve filled your time w another person, so they don’t lose out 100% if u don’t show. I can’t say enough good things about Amanda Vaz! She is truly amazing at what she does. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely comfortable and takes the time to listen to exactly what you want. I have had nothing but great experiences at Radiant Beauty in West Hartford. From the moment I entered, Van, was so very welcoming including his adorable little dog. He is very knowledgeable on services and makes sure I was aware of all promotions. Madeline is extremely professional and I was extremely pleased with her medical knowledge and knowing what services would be best for my areas of concern. Highly recommend

Came here thinking I was getting a good deal on 20 units of botox while visiting family in the area (I've had this treatment before elsewhere) and 2+ weeks later a portion of my forehead is free from wrinkles but completely uneven, and one of my eyebrows is now slightly higher than the other. Needless to say I am HORRIFIED and starting to wonder what I was even injected with considering how terribly this has set. Will NOT be returning here to get this fixed.

They managed to take care of my concerns and help me achieve my ideal treatments. Their monthly subscription model is both robust and affordable. Thank you for your amazing service. I have been getting these types of treatments for 15 years, from a wide range of providers... I joined the monthly and am happy to make the drive for this amazing crew.
