I started coming to Radiant Beauty and Health last year after having a not so great experience at a competitor in the area (won’t name names) but really happy to have made the switch. Vaz is always on point with coordinating appointments and getting greeting by his little dog Cooper is huge bonus! The staff as a whole knows what they’re doing and Madeline’s always explained things thoroughly in terms of the process itself along with after care. My experience is a 10 out of 10. I came once for botox, to hide a facial scar and 47 yr old lines, as I wanted to look good for a life event. Staff was very helpful, personable and efficient. Will definelty go back, when I have to look good again.!
I have had the best experience at Radiant Med Spa-West Hartford. I have received excellent treatment from all the staff, Vaz ( and Cooper ) are always super welcoming and make sure appts are scheduled easily and on schedule. Madeline is a sweetheart and does everything she can to make treatments custom and as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!!!
Love coming here, the staff including Vaz and Maria are always pleasant and accommodating to my every needs. It’s always a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this place.
