Filled with people who really care about the best ABA treatment for their clients and really care about each other! Radiant is awesome and they are absolutely changing lives for the better. Caring for kids diagnosed with ASD is their passion and it really shows!

As someone who has worked in the ABA field for a decade now, I can truly say that RAC is one of the best places to work or send your child. From the line technicians all the way up to the COO/executive level, the company genuinely cares about the well being of the employees and the care of the clients. Staff truly love the kiddos they work with, and it shows!
Radiant has been such a wonderful and rewarding company to work at. The flexibility scheduling gives allows me to have a quality work life balance. The continuous support from the BCBAs help me thrive and feel confident in my sessions with the kiddos. Support ranges from the OM all the way up to the ECD and COO which has helped my growth as a professional tremendously. Working in the field of ABA can be tough. However, when your focus is on the clients, it makes the tough days more rewarding.
