i know they’ll delete this review cause that’s what they do, but worth a shot. the CD and bcba’s do unethical things, treat the staff horribly, and don’t actually care about you. overworked and underpaid at radiant.
I am so impressed with Radiant. The staff is among the most professional I’ve ever met and their individual approach to their clients is beyond refreshing. No cookie cutter approach here! Just genuine care and amazing results!
The staff truly care about each child and take the time to get to know them individually. Everything is tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, and the support feels both professional and genuinely compassionate. It’s clear the team values the kids and is committed to helping them grow in a safe, nurturing environment. Highly recommend for any family seeking personalized and thoughtful ABA care!
Radiant is such a special place! It was a wonderful place to be employed. I experienced true servant leadership and such a team mindset from all of the employees. From a parent perspective, I would send my child here without hesitation. The love that comes from the technicians and BCBAs is that of a family. The dedication given to the child's progress as well as their overall happiness is unlike any other clinic I have seen. DFW is blessed to have Radiant for our kiddos on the Autism Spectrum.
