Air conditioners always seem to break down at the worst times. Harry came out on our weekend-service call and treated us like old friends. He didn't rush through the job and took every imaginable step to get our system running again. Honestly, his knowledge, demeanor, and thoroughness made us not even worry about the costs of materials or repairs, we knew we were in good hands, and he did not disappoint. Our only fear now, is that he'll retire before we need him again.

My girlfriend and I were having an issue with our ac unit harry did the most to ensure we didn’t have to deal with summer Florida heat by providing portable ac units and talking to the manufacturer ( trane) on my gfs behalf to ensure the manufacturer stuck to their warranty, my gf spoke very highly of harry and he sounds like an awesome guy.
