Radiance was by far the worst med spa experience I have ever had. I would strongly advise people not to waste their time or money here. In my opinion, the owner and staff were unprofessional, poorly skilled, and did not provide the level of care or service you would expect from a med spa. My experience left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. Their La Cañada location closing only adds to my concerns about the quality, professionalism, and sustainability of this business.
