The building itself has a really warm ambience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and they made you feel really comfortable in a situation that realistically is a vulnerable one.

Had a consult there for a procedure. Front staff were great. Consult with Dr. Laliberte was uncomfortable and I felt judged the entire appointment. First experience having a consult for plastic surgery - left there feeling more insecure then when I went in.
