Radiance was shut down for reasons outside of our control. I hope everyone has received or will receive their payments, refunds or were credited through mutually acceptable agreements. Sometimes it is very difficult to be responsive. We are all working on recovery following a series of events. Thank you all for your patience, hopeful understanding and continued support. We apologize for these disruptions and are actively working on resolutions. We are all family and are all in this together and will remain so.
I start ketamine therapy with them and was feeling the best I had ever felt in years. Then with any notification they stopped filling My RX and returning any messages or correspondence.
Same as other reviewers, I paid $200 for a zoom meeting, no one showed up, no one has answered my calls and it's been 5 days. I emailed support through their website and messaged on Facebook messenger, nothing. I'm going to be driving to the location to see if this is even actually a clinic?
Has been monumental for my healing journey. The medicine is good, shipping is fast. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had slight complications recently with system errors & prescription delays but they reached out to me to resolved the issue. Beyond thankful for Radiance
