Why do they change the type of service after I set up a monthly payment plan? I paid for the diamond and first few times it was the good service with lot of soap. After 2-3 months in, the services was different and the car wash as the basis but I’m still paying for the diamond. Today 7/12 will be my last and I’ll cancel membership.
It says full service but is not. Vacuum and the detail cleaning is self service.they do not even provide cleaning solutions for self detailing. It is just a machine exterior wash.
DO NOT RISK YOUR VEHICLE’S PAINT! The elderly employees used filthy wash rags that scratch the paint, and simply do not put any effort in. It is not a suitable (or safe) job for them to be doing. The wash machines themselves scratched my vehicle the entire length of the roof, front to back. Don’t do it, you’ll regret it!
