I went into Radiance last week, Ziniah showed me around and took a lot of time explaining all the wellness options they have to offer, I was a little overwhelmed by all the choices at first then I decided on the oxygen bar and cryotherapy and loved both, I plan on going back soon with some friends. Maybe some salty yoga!

Tried the float therapy and the oxygen bar today and have nothing but amazing things to say. I feel so rejuvenated and relaxed. So relaxed, I fell asleep in the float tank for the entire hour. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to relax, relieve some stress or just curiously wanting to know what it’s about. It’s also free floats for veterans. What an experience.
I have heard about floats for awhile but had been apprehensive about trying it for fear I’d be laying in the water just counting down the minutes the whole time. After a really stressful week, I decided to try one, and I am so glad that I did. The entire hour was very relaxing. I felt like I was floating in outer space. All of my problems melted away for that one hour, and I was able to just relax. Absolutely loved my time at Radiance today! Came in a little nervous as a first time floater, but I have never been more relaxed in my life! 10/10 recommend, I will definitely be coming back!
