Three words TERRIBLE customer service. I walked into the store…I was not greeted or acknowledged. I was having trouble finding what I was looking for, and no one asked if I needed help. I've been going to this place for 2 years. Most times when I go in, I'm greeted when I enter but the customer service stops there, which bothered me; however, I continued to support a black owned business. They are always on a personal call, not just the teens but adults as well. The last couple of times I've gone in, it took me a little bit longer to find what I was looking for.
